2. Our contract with you

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept it, and a contract is formed, when we send you an order confirmation email. These terms apply to every order and, together with your order confirmation, form the entire contract. We sell to consumers in the UK only.

3. Products, prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, including any discount you have applied.
• Delivery within the UK is free.
• The Winter pack is 3 bottles for £59.98 (one bottle free), a one-time purchase only. A single bottle is £29.99.
• Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. If we find an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Product descriptions, strengths and ingredients are shown on each product page. Please read the label and our safety information before use.

4. Delivery

We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days and deliver within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch. See our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when delivered.

5. Cancelling, returns and The Daylight Promise

Your right to cancel, our 60-day money-back promise (The Daylight Promise) and how refunds work are set out on our returns and refunds page, which forms part of these terms. In short: the promise applies to your first order only, one per household; a single bottle is refunded in full with nothing to return; a Winter Pack needs the sealed bottles returned (or you keep them and we refund the bottle you tried); and for a subscription it covers your first delivery only. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Subscriptions

• If you choose “Subscribe & save”, you agree to a recurring payment for the price shown at checkout, taken at purchase and then every 60 days until you cancel.
• Each delivery is a new bottle of liposomal D3 + K2 drops. The subscription price is 10% below the one-off price at the time of ordering. We will tell you before changing the price, and you can cancel before the change applies.
• Cancelling is as easy as signing up. You can cancel at any time, before your next payment, in one click from the link in your receipt email, on our Manage subscription page, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future payments and deliveries. Bottles already delivered are not refunded unless your first-order promise or your statutory rights apply.

7. Discount codes

The “10% off your first bottle” code is emailed to people who sign up for it on our website, and is entered in the promotion code box at checkout. It applies to single bottles of liposomal D3 + K2 drops only: it is not valid on the Winter pack (which already includes a free bottle) or on subscriptions (which already include 10% off). It can be used once, expires 90 days after it is issued, has no cash value and cannot be combined with any other discount.

8. Health information

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. Not for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication (especially blood thinners such as warfarin) or have a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our failure to take reasonable care or to follow these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as we sell to consumers only.

10. Complaints and disputes

If you’re unhappy, please email hello@daylightdaily.com and we’ll do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales (or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, the law of that country), and the courts of your home nation have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to your order.
